Aaron - Fabulous article. I will be sharing this with a few people - this is a wonderful, articlulate explanation of the power of Grid and the benefits of such a powerful program. Thanks for writing it.

What I want:1) A city hall that does not placate to the dedmans of developers. They shouldn't be scared of change; strong businesses will adapt, and make money off denser developments. Build Up, it's cheaper for the taxpayer.2) I'm sick of the police force saying we need greater fines for speeding, greater fines for littering, etc.; when they are the ones who pick up the fine money and spend it on more officers. A police force that is not political. The job of a police force is to simply enforce the law, and not to give their interpretation of how laws are to be enforced. That is what a judge is for.3) The mustard seed project is going to have a massive impact in Ward 8. Concentrating people with a variety of health issues will be negative to the community, and increase crime. Just look how projects turn out in the U.S. Spread low income around the community.4) I really want increased LRT in the city. Get cars off the road, and let me get to the airport on a train. Calgary to be seen as a global city needs a train to the airport, not a tunnel. Roads in the NE are under capacity.5) This is dreaming, but more bars on electric ave with an open liquor area!

Haha! Nancy, I often wonder about "equality" and whether or not women really need all the special attention. Are the guys jealous? Floundering? Depressed because they're not celebrated?

Great post Kelli.

The check-in process took me aback as well when I began in October 2011, but at my first check-in, on my first day at BIG, when it came to my turn everyone welcomed me and applauded.

And that friendly atmosphere turned out to be the way the company is every day!
